We support galas, fundraisers, weddings, bridal showers, private parties, team building events/ retreats, sorority/ fraternity events, baby-showers and more!

REQUIRED BOOKING FEE & SECURITY DEPOSITS

SPECIALTY SERVICES

Specialty services are offered to vetted established organizations. This is not an automatic guaranteed service. From 5/01/2024 and moving forward, Fleur Luxe Social Club will implement a screening process for all parties requesting our Specialty Service Workshops. If you are approved, we will notify you by email. Please email us a detailed breakdown of your event and budget. We will also send you a contract as well.

WHAT ARE SPECIALTY SERVICES?

Our Specialty Services is a separate service and experience that we offer. You can request for our Specialty Services for our DIY- Flower Box Workshops, Aromatherapy Workshops, and our Youth Workshops at an additional cost.  We do charge a separate fee of $450.00 USD for our Specialty Services.  Our Specialty Services are comprised of either interfacing with individuals within a public OR your guests within a private setting at your request. 

 This is a unique personalized and intimate service that we provide. These styles of events take weeks to prepare for and require patience for all parties involved. Please make to make your payment to RESERVE your booking ASAP, as we are booking currently for the Summer Wedding Season. Our interactive specialty services require our staff to interact with the public for special or private events BASED on YOUR REQUEST, therefore, please understand the following: We charge fees for this type of unique service.

SERVICE CHARGE

At Fleur Luxe Social Club we charge a base service fee of $2,500.00 USD for our services. Our service charge is an additional charge for the service provided with the purchase of a product or service. For example, you want educational information provided to you as well in addition to us bringing you our DIY-Flower Box workshops to your office or event space then you will be paying extra for that service. WE DO NOT OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS TO CHARITIES AT THIS TIME.

 

 

DELIVERY & SET-UP FEE

We have a $650.00 USD delivery and set up fees to help cover the time and staffing needs of your professional florist. They need to package and deliver the flowers to your event and successfully unload and set the flowers in their proper place well before your event begins. As well as the set up and take down of your event and clean-up afterwards.

 

BOOKING FEE

At Fleur Luxe Social Club we charge a $850.00 USD booking fee for ALL SPECIAL EVENTS. ALL PRIVATE EVENTS. ALL SPECIAL ORDERS, ALL WEDDING EVENTS, AND ANY TYPE OF EVENT WHERE YOU ARE ASKING US TO APPEAR AND HOST. This booking fee is tied to our operational costs and the costs affiliated with having to stop our daily operations to host your private special event as you have. We earn 95% of our sales online, and have a very small team. Therefore, if we agree to host one of our flower bar booths for your organization, then understand that then we will by default have to turn off our systems and decline orders thus taking on a loss for that day. Also, depending on the size of your event we may need to hire staff to assist to ensure an enjoyable experience for all parties involved.

 

 

WEDDING BOOKING FEE

we charge a service fee of $5,000.00 USD for ALL WEDDINGS BOOKED AT TIME OF THE YEAR. We also ask for 60% of your total invoice within 3 days of your contract being signed for our services. Due to prices of flora changing /per product availability. We ONLY accept weddings for venues within the Bay Area. 

 

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

At Fleur Luxe Social Club, we ask for a deposit of 60% of your entire invoice within 3-days of your quote being sent due to prices of flora changing /per product availability.

 

 

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

We accept  all standard debt, and credit-cards. We also ONLY accept payment on our website. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS, BITCOIN, CASH, ETC. We only accept payments on our website for record keeping purposes. Also, we dictate when we receive payments.

 

 PAYMENTS

We do not allow customers to dictate when we take payment. We ask for the remaining balance 3-days before your scheduled event as reflected in your contract. If you do not make the payment as agreed, you will have for fitted your deposit money PLUS your initial deposit amount and we will cancel your booking.

 

FINAL GUEST COUNT IS REQUIRED

When we create your orders, we stick to the amount of flowers originally presented to you and as reflected in your original quote. That means we purchase the flowers necessary to create the initial amount that you requested. If you ask for a workshop for 20 people, then your quote is for the cost of 20 people. We do NOT allow you to add others at the last minute.

 

NO LAST MINUTE ADD ON'S

We do not accommodate last minute additions to your order. For example, if you have a special order with us for 60 bouquets for your private event, we do not allow you to add another 10 more in the days leading up to your event.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL SERVICES ANYTIME.

WE DEMAND CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONALISM FROM OUR STAFF AND CLIENTS. IF AT ANY TIME YOU ARE RUDE TO OUR STAFF, OR MAKE THEM FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR EVENT. AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
