The final presentation will deliver an atmosphere of "quiet luxury"—striking, memorable, and meticulously crafted to reflect the prestige of Seaside Steel Inc.
Terms, Conditions & Procurement Policies
Due to the fluctuating wholesale market and the seasonal availability of premium, high-end live florals as well as premium floralsnot limited to and including white orchids, the pricing provided in this proposal is guaranteed for 14 days from the date of issuance.
Payment Structure & Retainer
To secure your date on our studio calendar and initiate the sourcing of your premium materials, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required upon acceptance of this quote. The remaining 50% balance must be settled in full 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. We accept corporate credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers.
Fresh Floral Substitution Policy
At Fleur Luxe Social Club, we commit to unprecedented quality. Because we work exclusively with live, fresh-cut luxury product, nature occasionally dictates availability. We reserve the right to make minor substitutions of equal or greater value to ensure your arrangements meet our rigorous design and freshness standards. The integrity of the agreed-upon color palette, style, and scale will always be preserved. As florals are a living, perishable commodity, specific flower varieties are subject to seasonal availability and exceptional quality control. Fleur Luxe Social Club reserves the right to make professional substitutions of equal or greater value to ensure your arrangements meet our rigorous luxury standards. The overall color palette, scale, and high-end aesthetic will remain uncompromised.
Cancellation & Date Changes
Because your luxury floral product is ordered and imported specifically for this project, cancellations made within 14 days of the delivery date are non-refundable. Request for date changes must be submitted in writing and are subject to studio availability and potential product replacement fees if sourcing has already occurred. Changes and Cancellations
Quantities and concepts may be adjusted up to 14 days prior to the delivery date. Any cancellations made within 14 days of the event/delivery will forfeit the retainer, as materials and custom vessels will have already been secured.
